Shipping & handling:

We ship worldwide with FedEx. The usual transit time is about 4-9 days Worldwide. Packages will be shipped from The Netherlands and they will be trackable with a track and trace number.

We usually send out the orders within 1 or 2 business days. You can find the tracking number in your 'purchased items page', also you should receive a notification stating your order has been shipped with the tracking number.

We understand any further concerns around your package arriving in perfect condition. Therefore we always make sure the item is securely packed and boxed.

If, in the unlikely scenario the package is declared lost or arrives damaged, you are entitled to get a full refund as a guarantee.

Free 60-day returns: We offer a hustle free 60 day free return period, so if the item arrives too late, doesn't fit, et cetera, just open a return request and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you.

To receive a full refund the item must be in the same brand new condition it arrived in and all the tags that were on the item, including our return tag have to remain attached otherwise restocking fees up to 50% may apply.
